Absence of the Right of Withdrawal

 

In accordance with statutory consumer protection laws (Section 312g (2) No. 9 BGB and Art. 103 l) of the Spanish Consumer Rights Act), the right of withdrawal DOES NOT apply to contracts for the provision of accommodation services for purposes other than residential use if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.
Therefore, bookings for fixed dates do not convey a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Any cancellations or modifications are governed strictly by our Terms and Conditions.
