Arrival, Check-in & Documents
Please do not forget to complete your online check-in within 24 hours of arrival at the latest. You will find a QR code inside your accommodation or you can use this link:

It only takes about 2 minutes and is required by law.

Any outstanding payments for accommodation or lessons can be settled upon check-in (please let us know in advance if paying by credit card).

Check-in: From 15:00 onwards.
Check-out: By 11:00 at the latest. (Luggage storage for late departures is no problem).
 
Water Supply & Conservation
Water is an extremely scarce and valuable resource in Fuerteventura, produced entirely by desalination plants. Since La Pared is not fully connected to the municipal water grid and town water flows irregularly, we secure our water supply through large tanks in the garden. Out of consideration for all guests on the property and to protect our environment, we kindly ask you to avoid unnecessary water usage and use water consciously.
 
Ocean Safety (La Pared Beach)
Waves in La Pared can be strong and unpredictable. Before surfing on your own, we strongly recommend asking our surf instructors about local currents and conditions.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Out of respect for neighbors and other guests on the property, please keep conversations quiet and refrain from playing loud music during this time.

Smoking, Drugs & Alcohol
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas and residential units.
Smoking is also not permitted in the pool, hot tub, sauna, or on the yoga platform.
Please use the ashtrays provided in outdoor areas.

The consumption or possession of drugs on the premises is not tolerated and will result in immediate expulsion.
Alcohol consumption is permitted only in moderation.
 
Pool, Jacuzzi & Sauna
Swimming Pool: Open from 08:00 to 20:00. Please shower briefly before use. No diving/jumping, no surfboards in the pool.
Jacuzzi & Sauna: Open from 18:00 to 22:00 (booking 1 day in advance, cost: €5 per person).
Never swim or use the facilities under the influence of alcohol.

Kitchen, Water & Waste
Please do not use tap water for drinking (including for coffee or tea).
Inform us immediately if no water comes out of the tap or if the water pump runs continuously. -
Please dispose of waste in the large bins located at the entrance to the village (do not store waste outdoors as it attracts animals).
Please leave the kitchens and dishware clean after use.

Fireplace & Property Equipment
Please handle all furniture and equipment on the grounds with care.
Use the fireplace and stone pizza oven only after prior instruction by our team. Do not burn driftwood or beach debris in the fireplace.
